A World of Welcome

It is with great pleasure that I wish to share the charism of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Mary and the joy of the gift of our life to God and to humanity.

“Witness the Love and Compassion of God the Father, revealed on the Cross of Jesus Christ and learned at the school of Mary”. This is the charism that Mother Marie Louise Angélique Clarac, founder of the Congregation in 1871, left us as a legacy.

The example of her courage and determination always inspires the nuns who work in many countries of the world with young people, the elderly and the sick. They are witnesses of the authentic passion that animates each of the Sisters of Charity.

Our mission has only one goal: to do good for the glory of God and the salvation of souls.

The commitment requested by the Lord is that of a vocation to charity by which every disciple of Christ puts his life at his service, to grow every day in Love.
